Fran Kelly (aka Duckydaddles)
A graduate of Parsons School of Design in New York, Fran has spent most of her life engaged in the arts. For example, she has designed pottery, woven fabric on a loom, worked in both oil and water color painting, as well as pastels, created porcelain miniatures for dollhouses, designed a line of fabric dolls.
